Choose a character and write a couple of paragraphs of them meeting a celebrity or famous figure. It doesn’t have to be famous-famous; for example, it could be a musician in a local band that your character likes. The only stipulation that it shouldn’t be a curated event, like a fan meeting a celeb at the autograph table of a convention or the Super Bowl champs shaking hands with the President at the White House. It should be a natural meeting, so the fan seeing the celeb in the street and getting up the nerve to go ask for an autograph is okay.

Ideas:

• The Doctor and companion go back in time to meet a historical figure.
  
• The Doctor and companion go back in time to meet a historical figure before they were famous.
  
• Your character gets knocked into by a man on the street, who apologizes and walks on. Their friend goes, “Oh my god, that was Nathan Fillion!”
  
• It’s the first day on the job and the CEO walks into the office.
