Imagine any non-humanoid sentient creature from sci-fi or fantasy; in this case, non-humanoid meaning not two-armed, two-legged, one-headed in the human configuration. You can go as weird as you want (a Dalek? a giant sentient bee?) or keep it somewhat close to humanoid (a centaur or a mermaid?), but as long as the base form is not humanoid. Winged humanoids also don't count, like angels or fairies.
Now, think of a location familiar to you, like a shop, a park, a dining room, etc., and describe what that would be for that creature. You want to describe so that your reader can picture how that creature would use or inhabit that location. For example, a giant spider may have a smaller house than a human simply because the furniture could be built into the walls and ceiling - they use all the space, not just the floor.
