shivverOh, oh! I have a new rule for this challenge comm!
If you are actively working on one of your own stories (not just thinking about it, but actually writing/editing), you can opt out of any challenge. I don't want having to work on these challenges interrupt your "real" writing. After all, the point of the comm is to encourage you to write regularly; this shouldn't stop you from writing what you want to write.
You do, however, have to post to say that you're not filling Challenge X because you've been writing your own stuff, so that we can celebrate with you! And, of course, you can always come back and do Challenge X if you want, any time.
