shivverLook at us! It's the 180th challenge! Not that we have goals here, but if we did and 200 was our goal, we're 90% there!
Today's challenge: Write a scene where one character is nearing a goal and another character is observing, maybe cheering them on, offering advice, or even trying to get them to give up. Or maybe the second character doesn't care at all.
Viewpoint should be nearly neutral, so no getting into the thoughts of either character. Express the first character's current emotions (are they excited to attain the goal, or despairing of ever reaching the end?) and the second character's attitude toward them through their actions, expressions, and words, not through descriptions of their thoughts.
