Dec. 12th, 2022 05:32 pmshivverChallenge 140! You know, I used to be doing the odd-numbered ones. So, today's challenges is odds, as in games of chance - cards, dice, wheels of fortune, anything where winning is more based on chance than skill.
For today's challenge, write a paragraph or two of a person (or persons) playing a game of chance. The caveat is that you should use at least one term or phrase from the game correctly and naturally - this may require some research on your part. You could have a character playing craps ask to have his bet placed in the "field", or a character playing poker saying to "ante up".
