Here's my attempt at a (quite detailed) summary of Turn Left.

If I had to summarize this episode in about a sentence:
" Beetles and alternate timelines ruin everything; but Donna Noble is awesome." :P

One thing that can really help you analyze a work and determine how well it fits together as a story is to summarize it. So, today's challenge is to take an established work (a book, a movie, an episode of a TV show, etc.) and start writing a summary of it. I'm not talking about the kind of summary you see in the "Summary" field on AO3 or on the back of a book or on IMDB. Those aren't summaries, those are teasers, designed to get you to read or watch it. I'm talking about an actual summary of the story, a description of the entire plot.

Now, I said "start writing a summary" because a summary of the plot of a book, episode, or movie will take multiple pages (I wrote a plot summary of Pride and Prejudice and it came out to 5500 words) and challenges in this comm aren't meant to be that long. The idea is to learn how to summarize by starting one, seeing how much (or how little) detail you need to include to make the summary make sense.
