Let's write!

Today's challenge: Write a couple of paragraphs about a character (or characters) who is exhausted - not just tired, but totally drained. It could be physical, emotional, or spiritual exhaustion. The catch: don't express the exhaustion through dialogue or through the character's thoughts.

If you're having problems figuring out how to do this, here's a thought: Imagine that you're viewing the character through a telescope. What do you see that tells you that they're at the end of their rope? How are they holding themselves? What are they doing? That's what you should describe.
