Challenge #200

shivverOMG! We're at challenge #200! Who'd a thunk it? It's been about a year and three months since we started this comm, and we've had over 300 fills! (Probably more, because I haven't tag-wrangled recently - sorry, been a bit lax.) Great job everyone!
For this challenge, I'm going to channel the Stargate SG-1 episode "200", which was the series' 200th episode. In it, the various main characters were suggesting TV show ideas to a TV producer, and so there were short skits showing these (awful, hilarious) ideas. Since two of the main cast were the main characters in Farscape, one of the TV show ideas was a campy, tacky version of Farscape, complete with campy, tacky skit. It was awesome.
In this challenge, take an established property (a fandom or your own original stuff) and write a few paragraphs of the campy, tacky version. Overblown dialogue? Purple prose? Grand self-important speeches? Self-insert Mary Sues? It's all fair game, as you both roast and pay homage to the original material. (For Doctor Who, think "Curse of the Fatal Death".)
