Here's a challenge about attention to detail. Write a couple of paragraphs of two people playing a game where you describe them making their moves (perhaps one turn apiece) and they are correct according to the rules. Don't communicate the rules directly.
Basically, you have to set up the current state of the game for yourself and then have them take their turns. For example, if they are playing Texas Hold'em with a dealer, you need to decide what cards are in the players' hands and what cards have been revealed on the table, what bets have been made so far, what confidence each player has in their hand, etc. Then the dealer flips a two of hearts and your players react accordingly.
