tenminutesaday(Seventh Doctor, Ace)
"Hey, Professor," Ace said, "I can't see anything. Someone forget to pay the electric bill?"
The Dcotr took a few steps forward. "I'm not sure. But I think you have a pont, Ace. It is rather dark in here."
Running a little ahead, Ace called back "Gonna try and find some light. Maybe a firefly or something!"
As she explored deeper, Ace heard a sound behind her. It sounded like footsteps. Turning around, she heard that all too familiar voice. "Found anything yet, Ace?"
"Gordon Bennet!" Ace exclaimed, nearly jumping out of her skin. "You move like a cat sometimes, Professor. And not yet. Still too dark."
"Ah, " the Doctor began, catching up to her. "But you do have four other senses. What are they telling you?"
Ace began to run her hand along one wall. "Well it feels hard, like rock. " she said, then sniffed the air. "Ooh, and that smell! It's like something rotten!"
The Doctor nodded. "Yes, like sulfur and mold spores. Quite an abhorrant aroma indeed."
Ace wrinkled her nose. "Think we're in a rubbish container or something? Or a- oh!" Ace listened close. "There's water. Like running water! I think I've figured it out. We're in a caver, aren't we?"
