It counts as meeting for the first time if you were an infant when they last saw you, right? This one I fought and wrote around and a lot of things didn't feel right until we came here. I'm still trying to figure out Janef, she is so minor in the first book and the second is very much about Kallon. This third child of Teigan and Kayrin has felt a bit like a third wheel for the decade plus I've been working on these stories. I'm starting to figure her out, I think. She's 18 here, she was 2 when they left Geteilpohth.

It's been a while, but I figured it was about time for a...

WIP Weekend!!! For today’s challenge, write at least three paragraphs for one of your own projects. Do a bit more in a work-in-progress… Write something concrete for an idea that so far has only been rattling around in your brain… Take one of the fills you’ve done for this comm and write the next scene in the story….You can even go back to something you’ve finished and rework/rewrite/reimagine it… Or, if you prefer, revise and edit a few paragraphs of a WIP to improve style, language, character, plot, etc.

Yes, you have to post the snippet that you do, so don’t work on something that you want to keep secret. :) Or, if you completed and posted your work, post the link!
