While the turkey is the thing that most people picture first when you mention Thanksgiving, I think my favorite part of the meal is pumpkin pie. After all, you can have turkey any time, but pumpkins are seasonal and pumpkin pie is not readily available other than in the autumn.

Today, your challenge is to write a paragraph or two of your character(s) enjoying a favorite thing - a food, an activity, a location, or whatever. They could be talking about it or actually doing it.
