 ( I was not sure which quote would be more fitting,  the Second Doctor quote about courage or what it says in Dune about fear :))

But fear is an element of your character's backstories.   So let's think about this- what are your characters afraid of?  Write a scene either showing some insight into this, or having the character face his or her fears.
