Write two paragraphs describing a character of your choice taking some time for himself or herself. Maybe they’re doing a hobby, or reading a book in the sun, or sunning by the pool. They could be taking a nap. They could be watching TV. They could be shooting hoops or be out skiing. What you write should have no dialogue and no direct thoughts, and whatever it is they do should be in character.
