tenminutesaday (Eight and Charley, because this *had* to have happened at least once)
"And you're sure you didn't see it?" the Doctor asked, pacing the cave floor for probably the thousandth time.
" Absolutely" Charley confirmed. "Frankly, I can't quite imagine how you forgot where you parked us."
The travellers walked a little further, passing blue stone walls as they trekked through the cave.
"I didn't lose the old girl on purpose, Charley" the Doctor feeling in his pocket for the key. "That knock on the head has just made it...have we already passed that rock?"
"Yes" Charley answered, a bit frustrated. It felt like they were going in circles.
"Then we're probably close to the TARDIS." the Doctor said, smiling like he'd had a brilliant revelation.
Charley sighed. She really did enjoy traveling with the Doctor, but days like this it could be rather infuriating.
