Write a scene in which one character apologizes to the other character for keeping a vital secret from them for a long time. Focus on conveying the feelings of the second character to the audience. They might be surprised, angry, or sad that the first character had deceived them, or maybe even relieved because keeping the secret had caused a distance between them.
