It doesn't have to be something that you find objectionable, like writing smut or bloody horror. Just think of something you're not used to doing and try it out.
For example, if you find action scenes to be difficult, write a swordfight.
If you don't like blood, describe a doctor beginning a surgery.
If you usually write het, write about two men or women on a date.
It doesn't have to be accurate, true-to-life, or entertaining. Just try out some words you never thought you'd ever put together.
